IUPred Disorder Scores

Usage

&acc=ACCNUM, where ACCNUM is a Uniprot accession number.

Output

If disorder scores have been previously calculated (e.g. for SLiMSuite disorder masking), these will be returned as plain text in the format:

SEQUENCE_NAME   score1 score2 score3 ... scoreN

Where score1 … scoreN are the iupred scores for positions 1 to N.

If the scores have not previously been calculated, a server jobid will be returned. This can be monitored using retrieve&jobid=X[&password=X] as usual. (See also API instructions.) Once complete, repeating the original REST call will return scores.
