This module is for specific analyses for the Human SLiMFinder data, in addition to the websites etc. It is designed as a one-off and not for general use.

Commandline

sigcut=X : Significance cut-off for analyses [0.01]
run=LIST : List of analyses to perform (go/slim/mcl) []
