Converts multiple scansite output files into a single table for MySQL upload. (Use rje_mysql.py to generate Build Statement.)

Commandline

filelist=LIST : List of files for upload. Can use wildcard. [*.scansite.txt]
outfile=FILE : Output file name [scansite.tdt]
