Relative Local Conservation (RLC) Scores

Usage

&acc=ACCNUM&spcode=SPECIES, where ACCNUM is a Uniprot accession number and SPECIES is a Uniprot species code. (HUMAN by default.)

Output

If RLC scores have been previously calculated, these will be returned as plain text in the format:

SEQUENCE_NAME score1 score2 score3 ... scoreN

Where score1scoreN are the RLC scores for positions 1 to N.

If the scores have not previously been calculated, a server jobid will be returned. This can be monitored using retrieve&jobid=X[&password=X] as usual. (See also API instructions.) Once complete, repeating the original REST call will return scores.

Notes

Alignments for RLC scoring are generated using GOPHER. Currently, only the eukaryote QFO orthdb is available for RLC scores.

Following RLC calculation, predicted iuscore scores will also be available.
